Ricardo’s practice focuses on all aspects of corporate law, international transactions, investments and investment protection, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and private clients.

Originally trained in Mexico Ricardo spent several years working as legal counsel for one of the largest Mexican Groups (including retail, banking, television broadcasting, communications and energy) being in in charge for the Group’s international operations and expansion in the Americas. Since his relocation to Zug in 2017, Ricardo has been advising Latin American clients with regard to their interests in Europe as well as European clients regarding their investments in Latin America. He is holding a Certificate of Advanced Studies from the University of St. Gallen in Compliance and Data Protection.

La práctica de Ricardo se enfoca en todos los aspectos del derecho corporativo, transacciones internacionales, inversiones y protección de activos, fusiones y adquisiciones, gobierno corporativo y clientes privados.

Con educación originaria en México, Ricardo pasó varios años trabajando como Director Jurídico para uno de los grupos mexicanos más importantes (enfocado primordialmente al segmento de retail, minorista, banca, transmisión de televisión, comunicaciones y energía) y estuvo a cargo de las operaciones internacionales, así como de la expansión del grupo en Latinoamérica.Desde su traslado a Zug en 2017, Ricardo ha asesorado a clientes latinoamericanos con respecto a sus intereses en Europa, así como a clientes europeos con respecto a sus inversiones en América Latina. Tiene un Certificado de Estudios Avanzados por parte de la Universidad de St. Gallen en Compliance y Protección de Datos (DPO).

Josipa has successfully completed a CAS Legal English and Common Law at the Europa Institut of the University of Zurich.
